This locale in the new arts district Wynwood – still one of Miami’s roughest – comes highly recommended. In the few streets around the Performing Arts Center it’s safe, but a taxi is recommended to reach this little oasis. Joey’s is lively inside as well as out on the terrace and serves good Italian cuisine.
